Processing time for shipments
After you receive your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within two to three business days (not including weekends and holidays). Another notification will be sent to you once your order ships.
Monday through Friday are considered business days; Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.
Shipments might be a few days behind schedule if we are dealing with a large number of orders. Please allow extra days for delivery in transit. We will get in touch with you by phone or email if there will be a major delay in the shipment of your order.

Express Delivery to the UK Mainland in 1-2 Business Days for £9
Highlands, Isles, and Northern Ireland, Scotland, 3-6 Business Days £16.95
Orders placed after 6pm Thursday will be delivered after the weekend.

Pickup in-store
Monday through Friday, we are open for in-store pickup from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. (Friday is closed from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.). When you arrive, please bring your order confirmation email.
