Pickup In-Store
Monday through Friday, we are open for in-store pickup from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. (Friday is closed from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.). When you arrive, please bring your order confirmation email.
Policy for International Shipping
At this time, we don’t ship to any locations outside of those listed, including the Falkland Islands.
Bad Products
Please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email if you believe your product is defective, and we will try to provide technical guidance to fix the problem.
If the issue cannot be fixed, we will either:
Make arrangements for a courier to pick up the item or items.
Every defective item that is returned to us is examined:
We have two choices in the event that the product is discovered to be defective:
We will give you back the price of the item plus any shipping costs.
You can get a new item from us.
If testing the product doesn’t show that it’s broken, may offer to send it back to you or ask that you arrange for it to be picked up.
