Processing time for shipments

After you receive your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within two to three business days (not including weekends and holidays). Another notification will be sent to you once your order ships.

Monday through Friday are considered business days; Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.

Shipments might be a few days behind schedule if we are dealing with a large number of orders. Please allow extra days for delivery in transit. We will get in touch with you by phone or email if there will be a major delay in the shipment of your order.

Estimates and Prices for Domestic Shipping

Regarding computed shipping rates: Your order’s shipping costs will be determined and shown during the checkout process.

Standard Delivery to the UK Mainland: 2–5 Business Days £4.95

Express Delivery to the UK Mainland in 1-2 Business Days for £7.95

Highlands, Isles, and Northern Ireland, Scotland, 3-6 Business Days £15.95

Please be aware that there may occasionally be delivery delays, particularly around Christmas.

According to the terms of the delivering courier company, if you are not home when the package is delivered, it may be left with a neighbor, sent to your neighborhood sorting office, or left in a “safe place” on your property.

Bad Products

Please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email if you believe your product is defective, and we will try to provide technical guidance to fix the problem.

If the issue cannot be fixed, we will either:

We have two choices in the event that the product is discovered to be defective:

We will give you back the price of the item plus any shipping costs.
You can get a new item from us.

If testing the product doesn’t show that it’s broken, may offer to send it back to you or ask that you arrange for it to be picked up.

Pickup in-store

Monday through Friday, we are open for in-store pickup from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. (Friday is closed from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.). When you arrive, please bring your order confirmation email.
